All of our products are made to order, but we do keep a small quantity in stock.
If items are out of stock, your order may take 6-8 weeks to ship from the time of ordering.
We will endeavour to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible, however due to the handmade nature of our products we appreciate your patience during the making and shipping process.

All of our products are made with care on a made-to-order basis by artisans. All items are one-offs so we do not offer returns for refund. However, we would be pleased to arrange an exchange for products of same or similar value. To make a return for exchange, please email info@studio-walsh.com . Kindly note all returns for exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of products.
In cases of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of a store credit. Kindly ensure your return shipment is carefully packaged to guarantee its safe return. We recommend repacking your return for exchange in the original shipping materials used by us. Studio Walsh will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping, and we will not exchange or offer store credit on items that are returned in what we deem to be damaged or unsaleable condition. -

Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Studio Walsh will provide you with a full replacement, exchange or refund. We may decline to replace, exchange or refund damaged or missing items should you fail to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
