Ordering, Shipping and Delivery

All of our products are made to order, so may take up 6-8 weeks to ship from the time of ordering. We will endeavour to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible, however due to the handmade nature of our products we appreciate your patience during the making and shipping process. 

Orders purchased from Studio Walsh are packaged with care in our bespoke packaging. Orders to destinations within the contiguous United States ship with United Parcel Service (“UPS”). We aim to ship all orders within three business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, and we appreciate your patience. Orders to international destinations outside of the United States ship with UPS (for larger orders) or USPS (for small orders). For delivery to international destinations outside of the United States, the shipping cost quoted at checkout on does not include any additional duties, taxes, or other fees which may be applied to the shipment upon entry to the destination and which are in every instance the customer’s responsibility. Studio Walsh will not be held responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to international shipments. Please take any potential duties, taxes, or other fees into consideration when checking out orders with non-United States destinations. All orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States will be shipped with a Commercial Invoice - no exceptions shall be made.

Studio Walsh offers complimentary ground shipping to addresses within the United States for qualifying orders over $350. Complimentary shipping cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

All of our products are made with care on a made-to-order basis by artisans. All items are one-offs so we do not offer returns for refund. However, we would be pleased to arrange an exchange for products of same or similar value. To make a return for exchange, please email info@studio-walsh.com . Kindly note all returns for exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of products.

In cases of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of a store credit. Kindly ensure your return shipment is carefully packaged to guarantee its safe return. We recommend repacking your return for exchange in the original shipping materials used by us. Studio Walsh will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping, and we will not exchange or offer store credit on items that are returned in what we deem to be damaged or unsaleable condition.

Please email info@studio-walsh.store within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of any damages or omissions. Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Studio Walsh will provide you with a full replacement, exchange or refund. We may decline to replace, exchange or refund damaged or missing items should you fail to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
