An intimate afternoon dedicated to the world’s most iconic cocktail – one that’s been defining taste since the early 20th century.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of making a perfect martini: how temperature, dilution and proportion shape flavour, and how small changes alter its character – gin versus vodka, dry versus dirty, lemon versus olive.

Together we’ll make and taste three variations: the Classic, the Dirty, and a wild card  a twist on a martini depending on the mood. Each reveals how small adjustments can completely shift perception, form and feeling.
